Here's what I ended up doing: The physics of Halo: Combat Evolved makes it a lot easier to stack up players. I also uploaded a video: The Joys of System Link Enjoy. Edit: A apologize for the poor quality, I did tape it off of my TV.

Ooh yes. It actually didn't take as long as it looks like. The whole setting up, filming, and uploading process took around a half hour. You can get on top of Damnation by stacking up 3 guys on top of the pipe near the higher base.
