I have hardly any doubts that these lectures don't do much to help. The main problem is people getting drunk, not drunk driving. When you are drunk, you can't make proper decisions, so how on earth are you supposed to decide not to drive? in my opinion These things only help sober people not to drink and drive. well they are supposed to tell you to not drive while drunk (no BLAM) but it also tells you to smack your friend in the face if they are going to drive drunk. Technically you still have some senses left in you while drunk, but it BLAMs up your judgment and reaction time by a lot.
